ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER POSITIONS –
You will be responsible for the leadership and strategic operation of your store including: Hands on sales and inventory management, Customer service leadership, Use your strong merchandising skills to ensure our merchandise is saleable, Overall store management, supervisor and policy implementation, Employee staffing, training and development, Financial management, Searching for; interviewing and hiring the best! Motivation of your team to promote Building #19 and enhance the customers experience. Must have the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, ever changing retail environment. Three to five years current or recent store management experience and a proven record of motivating and coaching a team as well as the ability to increase sales. Must be able to take on a challenge, have a positive attitude and be able to multitask. CASHIER/SALES ASSOCIATE POSITIONS –
Great customer service skills; strong communication skills that help to develop courteous conversation with the customers. Proficient in managing the rush of customers and helping each one of them promptly. Strong ethical values.
